No Refunds on Services Rendered
All sales are final once services have been rendered. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for any publishing, editing, design, or other related services that have been completed or initiated. This policy applies to all of our services, including but not limited to:
- Book Publishing Packages
- Editing and Proofreading Services
- Book Cover Design
- Marketing Services
- Author Consultations
Once work on a project has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Deposits and Payments
For some services, we may require a deposit or payment upfront before work begins. These payments are non-refundable once work has started. If you decide to cancel services before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the terms of the specific service agreement.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service prior to its commencement, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may qualify for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits as outlined in the service agreement. Please note that once work has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Exceptions
In the unlikely event that West-Woods Publishing is unable to complete the services as outlined in our agreement, we may offer a partial refund based on the stage of completion of the services. Any such refund will be at the discretion of West-Woods Publishing and will only cover services that have not yet been completed.
Product Purchases
For any physical products (e.g., books) purchased directly from our website, returns may be accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
